At Black Moon Cosmetics, we want you to be over the moon with your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging and have not been swatched or opened to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer coven at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original box and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
